Tip #1

Why is it so hard to hear dialogue on Netflix?

Simple reason behind an annoying issue — and how to solve it. Netflix defaults to 5.1 Surround Sound. If you have standard TV speakers or a soundbar, do this:

  1. 1 Open the Netflix app on your TV.
  2. 2 Start playing any movie or show.
  3. 3 Pause the content immediately and use your remote to navigate to the "Other…" button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. 4 Scroll down to the "Audio" options and choose "English [Original]".
